Dinah Cardin is an award-winning journalist with nearly ten years of experience working as a staff and freelance writer for newspapers and magazines. She has taught news writing at Salem State College, studied and worked in London, delivered on the scene news casts for radio and spent the winter of 2006 writing a travel memoir in real time as she traveled cross country, attempting to reconcile with the Bible Belt of her upbringing.
She has called Massachusetts home since 1999, when she moved east for graduate school at Boston University’s School of Communication. Many people tell her she is a natural networker -- that it is a gene she must have inherited or something she has simply been called to do. She is a Scorpio, a sign synonymous with passion. There is fire in her belly and most certainly, in her heart.
At 21 years old, Joshua Luke probably stays up too late, drinks a lot of tea and really enjoys being thin. Building contacts across the country for the past six years, he has had interview and photo opportunities with top-40 artists including Ashlee Simpson, Fall Out Boy and Mandy Moore. Well-versed in the world of PR and editing, he has been assisting Dinah with Fireheart Communications since June 2008.
Matt Cardin is a professional writer, educator, and musician whose work has appeared in a variety of print and electronic publications since 1998. He also provides blog content for a variety of corporate clients. He has a particular interest in peak oil, cultural collapse, and economic Armageddon, and can easily be led into conversation about these things. He currently teaches English and reading at McLennan Community College in Waco, Texas. Before that he worked for six years as a public high school teacher, three years as a mortgage loan officer, two years as a media production specialist for a large state university, and two years as Glen Campbell's video director in Branson, Missouri.
